fundamental skill levels missing in job candidates?




Interesting article about how one company tests (test link included) for fundamental job skills.

I also know of a community college that has introduced a basic math course into its graphic communications curriculum, because so many entering students (high school graduates) are not equipped to read a ruler, and do basic math.
